Leadership
Jay Singh, CEO
Jay partners closely with clients to implement solutions and drive product innovation at Hedgeness. He brings over two decades of experience in financial services and technology development. He joined Olde Investments in 1999 and had a ten-year financial services career culminating at Morgan Stanley. After that, he consulted on technology and finance strategy for startups and mid-sized companies before co-founding Hedgeness in 2017. He holds a BA in Political Science from Belmont Abbey College, NC.
Srini Rao, CTO
Srini guides the Hedgeness engineering team on architectural and operational strategy. He has 25+ years in the IT industry with focus on technology platforms, product development, and enterprise architecture. He has worked in the Banking and Finance domains through IT Services (TEKsystems, TCS) and product development (Dearborn Financial Services). He has a Masters in Engineering from IIT, Madras and a BE from Bangalore University.
Harsh Muthal, ABM
Harsh helps Hedgeness in developing and executing sales initiatives. He is recognized as an entrepreneurial sales and business manager who has led corporations towards growth and profitability. He has worked at Unilever, IBM, and Motorola in senior positions. He has an MBA in Marketing from University of Bombay and Executive Education from Thunderbird School of Global Management.
John Gibbons, ABM
John guides Hedgeness on overall business strategy and navigating the financial services sector’s changing needs from growth, efficiency, and risk perspectives. His career spans over two decades of executive roles at financial services companies: Director at Merrill Lynch, Chief Financial Officer at Freddie Mac, and EVP at Wells Fargo. He has an MBA in finance from The Wharton School, and a BA in Social Studies and a PhD in Government from Harvard University.
